Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
